Grace Tenorio
Director
Grace Tenorio is the Principal of the Law Office of Grachielle Tenorio. She practices immigration law in San Diego, California. Licensed to practice law both in California and the Philippines, Ms. Tenorio brings over a decade of combined legal experience to her clients.
As an immigration attorney in San Diego, Ms. Tenorio prepares legal documents for immigrant visa petitions (EB-1(3), EB-2, EB-3, EB-4 (Religious Workers/Ministers petitions), PERM cases, and Family-based/Relative petitions) and nonimmigrant visa petitions and applications (B1/B2, F-1, E-3, H-1B, H-3, J-1, K-1, L-1, O-1, R-1, TN, and dependent visas). She also assists with complex AC21 H-1B extensions, response to RFEs/NOIDs/NOIRs, consular visa applications, adjustment of status applications, naturalization, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, responding to I-9 inspections, attending adjustment interviews, and briefing clients for consular application interviews.
Ms. Tenorio received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Studies from the University of the Philippines – Diliman and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Arellano University School of Law.
She is prominently involved in the legal community. She is a member of the Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego, American Immigration Lawyers Association, San Diego County Bar Association, and the Philippine American Bar Association.
